On August 18, 2013 at about 1:49am, a bald black male with mustache, wearing dark pants and white t-shirt, pried open the rear door of the Si Tapas restaurant located at 2207 Allen Street, Dallas. The suspect entered the storage room and removed frozen meat from the freezer.
The suspect is described to be between 30-40 years of age.
