On September 19, 2016, at 9:30 pm, the complainant, a 20 year-old male, was walking in the area of 17xx Arlington Street when two unknown black males approached him. One of the suspects placed his arm around the complainant’s neck demanding his belongings. After taking the complainant's belongings both suspects fled and were last seen north on 17th Street. Surveillance video captured an unknown black male using the complainant’s ATM card at several locations after the robbery.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, mid-late 20 years-of-age, dark complected, mustache, medium build, wearing a white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
